How do I download the eBooks onto a Computer?

These instructions and ebooks are tested on current model PCs running Windows 11 or a Mac that is actively receiving updates and can run the current MacOS.  Older devices running Windows 10 or outdated MacOS may work, but formatting, tables or other elements may not be 100% compatable.

To download and read the eBooks onto your Windows 11 Computer:

  1. Install recommended e-reader software*. Two great choices are “Adobe Digital Editions” or “VitalSource Bokoshelf“.
  2. Using the your web browser, log into the ICF Learning Platform and choose the COACHBOCK product from your computer.
  3. Click the ‘Download Now’ button. Save this .epub file to a known location on your computer.
  4. You should now be able to open and read the eBooks on your device. If the installed e-reader application does not open automatically when you open the .epub file, you should be able to open the file directly from within the application or right click on the file name and choose your e-reader application. (You may need to adjust your windows default applications if this is the case.)

To download and read the eBooks onto your Mac Computer:

  1. Utilize the Apple Books App (preferred option, and pre-installed by Apple) or download and install “Adobe Digital Editions” onto your computer*.
  2. Using the your web browser, log into the ICF Learning Platform and choose the COACHBOCK product from your computer.
  3. Click the ‘Download Now’ button. Save this .epub file to a known location on your computer.
  4. You should now be able to open and read the eBooks on your device. If you are using Apple Books, the file should automatically open within the Books app. If using Adobe Digital Editions, open Adobe Digital Editions, and then drag the book into the bookshelf. In the upper right, choose to show the bookshelf as a list:



*  E-Reader software is required, as e-books are not the same as PDF / Word / Text or other document files. Note: Printing from any e-reader software is not allowed under the license agreement and therefore not supported.
